Former President Donald Trump testified under oath in his civil fraud trial in New York City on Nov. 6 and it was contentious. CNN reported that the former POTUS “boasted” about “piles of cash, aimed scathing political attacks and spouted uniquely illogical logic” while on the stand. At one point, the judge asked the GOP frontrunner’s lawyers if they could or would “control” him. They could not.
Throughout the proceedings, the Republican politician and businessman answered questions from the stand but he also took time to verbally attack New York Attorney General Letitia James for filing the fraud lawsuit — which seeks $250 million in damages — against him and his adult sons.
