Reclusive TV star makes rare public appearance after setback in her sobriety journey: See the best pics of the month

Heather Locklear, who’s become increasingly reclusive in recent years, stepped out in Calabasas, California, on Sept. 21, 2023.

Earlier this year, the “Melrose Place” alum — who’s struggled with alcoholism for decades — made headlines when she was caught on camera behaving erratically in Malibu, prompting a DailyMail.com source to say that she’d fallen off the wagon following more than 20 stints in rehab over the years.

“Heather is drinking,” the source said, adding that her family was “very worried” and that “everyone feels helpless.”

Since then, she’s reportedly sought therapy to help her get back on track with her sobriety.

Heather has only acted once — in the 2021 Lifetime made-for-TV movie “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff: The Kristine Carlson Story” — since 2017, when she had a recurring role on the short-lived Tyler Perry TLC…
