A pregnant Pink fan went into labor during the singer’s Boston concert and then walked to a nearby hospital to give birth. Angela Mercer began feeling strong contractions shortly after she arrived at Pink’s “Summer Carnival Tour” stop at Fenway Park, so she called her doctor. The doc advised her to immediately head to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, which was only about a mile away. “With all the traffic surrounding Fenway for the concert, Angela had trouble finding a ride to the hospital. She and her family decided the fastest way to get to Brigham and Women’s was to walk — and so, decked out in their concert outfits, they made the trek to our hospital where Angela later delivered her son in the Brigham’s NICU,” a hospital press release obtained by “Entertainment Tonight” explained.
