Coachella season is upon us, which means it’s time for some festival fashion! Every year, the stars descend on Indio, California, where they show off either amazing — or amazingly terrible — style. In honor of the first weekend of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival kicking off on April 14, 2023, we’re taking a look back at the best and worst celebrity style from the famous fest over the years. First up?

Really embracing the music festival style during Coachella 2016? Taylor Swift, who looked nearly unrecognizable in such a casual ensemble! The superstar, who was on hand that year to see then-boyfriend Calvin Harris perform, rocked a black skirt and oversized gray T-shirt with sparkly sneaker slides for a very un-Taylor look that we loved!
